We are pleased to announce the appointments of Genghis Perriman and Quynh Hill to the Board of Directors, as well as the promotion of Michael Panayiotou to the Senior Leadership Team.
These appointments reflect the continued growth of the business and recognise the outstanding contribution each individual has made to strengthening client relationships, driving new business, and delivering complex projects across the organisation.
Board Appointments – Genghis Perriman and Quynh Hill
Genghis Perriman has played a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and engaging new customers. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment and tenacity in meeting complex tender requirements, often under tight timescales and amid significant operational complexity.
Internally, Genghis has also been instrumental in securing alignment across teams and resources to ensure successful project delivery, frequently under demanding conditions.
Quynh Hill brings extensive project management expertise and has developed strong, long-term relationships with key clients, resulting in repeat business and sustained partnerships. She has also led several high-profile proposals with professionalism, attention to detail, and commercial insight.
Together, Genghis and Quynh bring fresh perspectives, energy, and positivity to the Board, strengthening RB Plant Construction’s strategic capability and supporting the continued development of the business.
Senior Leadership Team Appointment – Michael Panayiotou
We are also pleased to confirm that Michael Panayiotou will be joining the Senior Leadership Team.
Having successfully completed the Rising Star Programme, Michael has demonstrated strong initiative, autonomy, and leadership potential. During his time on site with Givaudan, he has developed an excellent working relationship with the client management team, contributing to improved collaboration and project delivery.
This has resulted in additional work being secured for RB Plant Construction and has helped position the company as the preferred contractor for new project opportunities, including scopes previously awarded to other providers.
“These appointments reflect the depth of talent we have within RB Plant and our commitment to recognising and developing that capability. Genghis, Quynh and Michael have each made a significant contribution to the business, and I am confident they will continue to play an important role in our future success as we grow and evolve.” Says Simon Deniss, RB Plant
