Quynh is a self-starting Degree qualified Chartered Chemical Engineer with experience in process engineering and Project Management, gained primarily from the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors comprising:

• Aseptic and primary operations
• Safety
• Validation

Design and process development.
Responsibilities include acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) undertaking process design and process safety on a variety of projects.

Quynh has a demonstrable track record in applying her expertise to often challenging and unfamiliar problems across a variety of industries and project challenges.

She drives continuous improvement to improve quality, productivity and efficiency to meet KPI objectives. She has acted as a champion for sustainability and reducing process waste by utilising Lean Manufacturing principles.
