Running over a 12-month period, the programme begins with an initial assessment and goal-setting session. Monthly check-ins and formal quarterly milestones are built in to ensure consistent development and meaningful progress.

Participants gain broad cross-functional exposure, take on client-facing responsibilities, and work closely with mentors to embed RB Plant’s values into their day-to-day practice.
