Jon is experienced Engineering professional operating at Director Level. He holds responsibility for a team of Process Engineers who work on numerous projects across different Industrial Sectors.

Jon owes much of his and the departments success to his flexible and “leading by example” approach with a proven ability to deliver innovative and value engineered solutions.

He has considerable years of experience mainly with the Fuel Storage, energy, Food, Pharmaceutical, Dairy and Fine Chemicals field having progressed through from Production Support Engineer, Process Design Engineer, Validation Manager & Lead, Project Engineer and Project Manager for a range of companies including: Vopak, Fine Organics, SPX, Abbott Laboratories, Aesica, GSK, Pfizer, DTC, UOP, Clariant Chevron, NuStar Energy, De Beers, Akzo Nobel, BOC, etc.

Chris is a degree qualified Chartered Chemical Engineer and an exceptional team member with a demonstrable track record spanning over 30 years, gained across various industries.

Chris leads and works as a pivotal team member either in a direct process or consultative role covering areas including process development, process design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction / installation, commissioning, qualification, handover, training and subsequent process / maintenance support.

Chris’ capabilities include:

  • Process development, scale-up, feasibility studies and FEED
  • Process safety including HAZOPs
  • Control engineering
  • Liaisons with EA and HSE
  • Project and production management
  • Budgeting, scheduling, procurement
  • Construction / installation
  • Commissioning and qualification
  • Handover, training and subsequent process / maintenance support.

About Quynh

Quynh is a self-starting Degree qualified Chartered Chemical Engineer with experience in process engineering and Project Management, gained primarily from the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors comprising:

  • Aseptic and primary operations
  • Safety
  • Validation

Design and process development.
Responsibilities include acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) undertaking process design and process safety on a variety of projects.

Quynh has a demonstrable track record in applying her expertise to often challenging and unfamiliar problems across a variety of industries and project challenges.

She drives continuous improvement to improve quality, productivity and efficiency to meet KPI objectives. She has acted as a champion for sustainability and reducing process waste by utilising Lean Manufacturing principles.

Dominic gained his Chemical Engineering MEng degree from the University of Nottingham in 2018.

He is a dynamic and pragmatic engineer who has since gained experience across a range of industries particularly within the Pharmaceutical sector.

His roles as a process engineer and project manager has developed a variety of capabilities including:

  • Process design and development
  • DSEAR and HAC assessments
  • Management of large scale capital projects
  • Qualification and Validation
