Marcus is a highly dynamic and ambitious mechanical design engineer at RB Plant who currently holds the role of Design Office team leader. He has proven his credentials by combining his highly analytical mind and critical thinking with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Marcus adopts a “lead by example” attitude which inspires and brings the best out of his team members.

As well as having attention for detail, Marcus can also address the bigger picture thereby constantly identifying and implementing opportunities to further enhance the efficacy of the design office performance. This therefore brings innovation and collaboration to our workflows to accomplish deliverables more effectively and efficiently.
