Geoff Raisbeck, Managing Director
Following 32 years of dedicated service to the RB companies, Jeff Davies has handed over the Managing Director reins for RBPC and RBPSS to another Geoff.
Jeff began his career in the Welsh Steel Industry before moving to the Garden of England to help make more steel at Sheerness Steel!
A Chartered Electrical Engineer, Jeff continued in consultancy to the Steel Industry, with several periods abroad before joining RB Plant in 1986.
During his tenure, Jeff has managed the business through many different transitions; from steel-making to diamond cleaning, from recession to growth, always with the clear vision that the Company would succeed and grow.
For the last 17 years, he has led the organisation following the hand-over from our founder, Richard Bishop.
Jeff has always followed, above everything, the founders’ principles of loyalty to the staff who work here at RB Plant. This philosophy continues today, as we lead the Company into the next period of development.
We all thank Jeff for his dedication. And whilst wishing him and Carol all the very best for their semi-retirement, look forward to his advice and mentorship in the future in his ongoing role as Company Chairman.
